Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or exchange.

Non-quality Problems

In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

Quality Problems

In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and exchanged. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you . (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

Return and partial refund

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:

"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."

"The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.

"Product was damaged.

"Is not the same size and description.

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if the above reasons, we will refund or replace the product! You can choose!

Buyer's responsibility:

If you receive a product you do not like or size is not correct (of course, if it is the buyer's error), please contact us, we will charge 35% of the amount of the costs, the buyer must return to our products, (including 35% from the shipping cost) Buyers can request a replacement product and a refund: 65%, we need to receive your refund in the product, we can re-send your order!
